Cup No.1 takes another big step forward in 2026 by expanding the event with a brand-new international esports experience. For the first time, a large-scale FC25 2v2 tournament will be held, giving participants from all over the world the opportunity to compete – not only on the pitch, but also in the virtual arena.
The tournament will take place over two evenings and will be hosted indoors in a large event tent, featuring an impressive setup with big screens, PS5 gaming stations, and an energetic crowd atmosphere.
The esports committee expects significant interest and anticipates at least 100 teams ready to compete across the two intense evenings. It will be a unique experience where multiple nationalities come together and compete both in traditional football and in FC25. This combination of physical sport and esports creates a truly special atmosphere that only Cup No.1 can deliver.
Adding even more excitement to the event, Kristoffer Jensen, Denmark FIFA Champion 2022, will be present as the official host and will guide the entire tournament. He will elevate the experience, engage the audience, and bring the matches to life. As a special highlight, the winning team will have the opportunity to face Kristoffer Jensen in exclusive exhibition matches.
